KACST and MIT Sign a 10-year Agreement to Renew the Ibn Khaldun Fellowship
We are happy to announce the renewal of the Ibn Khaldun Fellowship for Saudi Arabian Women. The new agreement was signed at MIT on March 24th, during His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s visit to MIT.
The new sponsor of the program is King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), and the duration of the agreement is ten years. We are grateful to KACST for supporting this successful program that facilitates the development of Saudi Arabian women scientists and engineers as leaders in their respective fields of research and as the Kingdom’s top educational managers and teachers.
The first cohort of KACST Ibn Khaldun Fellows will arrive at MIT in January 2019.
