2023 Fellow: Walaa Khushaim

We are pleased to introduce one of our 2023 IBK Fellows, Walaa Khushaim. Walaa is finishing up her PhD at KAUST where she has been developing biosensors for urgent clinical needs including early detection and monitoring of heart disease and cancer. She plans to do her IBK Fellowship research in Prof Hadley Sikes' lab in MIT's Chemical Engineering Department.
