Dr. Shadah Alsalamah joins Blockchain Policy Board

Dr. Shadah Alsalamah continues to leverage her research experience at MIT's MediaLab for the betterment of others. She was recently invited by Caroline Malcolm, Head of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Blockchain Policy Centre to join their Blockchain Policy Advisory Board .The OECD is an international organisation that works to build better policies for better lives. OECD describes the formation of this board as part of its "expanding programme of work exploring the policy implications of this disruptive technology, working to help governments and other stakeholders to reap its benefits, while mitigating the risks." Dr. Alsalamah says she is proud and honored to join the board which includes representatives from forty-five governments and the private sector including Dr. Alsalamah's former MIT advisor, Prof. Alex Pentland.

Dr. Alsalamah is also on the Information Systems faculty of King Saud University in Riyadh and Vice President of AnmarIT Company which provides secretarial services remotely for digital sectors.
